This year’s edition of the Outdoor Cinema at the National Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning is to herald The Anthropocene temporary exhibition which will open on 23 September 2022 at the ZODIAK Warsaw Pavilion of Architecture.  

The themes of the 5th edition of summer cinema at the NIAiU are connected to climate catastrophe and the Anthropocene. Six screenings will relate to the issues raised in the exhibition: water, landscape, climate, pollution, biodiversity and land transformation. Documentary and feature films will be screened in this year’s edition.   

The screenings will take place on Thursdays in July and August at the Zamoyski Palace garden at 2 Foksal Street in Warsaw. The films will be screened in their original language versions with Polish, English and Ukrainian subtitles.
